Race Guide, Fitness
The race organizer: KymiRing Triple organization (TWD-Länken, Finlandia -hiihto, and Jasun Talli). Responsibility for cycling lies with TWD-Länken.
1. General Rules of the Race
The race will follow UCI and Finnish Cycling rules as applicable.
The race is conducted as a 2-hour and one-lap competition, with the ranking determined by the number of laps completed and the finishing order of the last lap.
Race Venue
KymiRing motor racing circuit, Kymentie 748, 47400 Kausala (along road 12).
2. Categories, Distances, and Registration
Fitness (2 h + 1 lap, lap length 4.5 km), Fitness cyclists, Women Elite, Women U23, Women U19, Men U17, Women U17, Men U15, Women U15, Men 45+, Women 45+.
Participants must use a road racing bike, gravel bike, or cyclocross bike.
Time trial handlebars are prohibited. Electric-assisted bikes are not allowed.
Starting time at 6:00 pm.
Participants are not required to hold a valid competition license from Finnish Cycling or another UCI-affiliated national federation.

3. Nutrition Support / feed service
Nutrition support is allowed at a designated area on the back straight of the circuit, on the right side of the track, during the period between one and one-and-a-half hours.
4. Technical Support
Technical support is available at the finish area and a designated zone on the back straight, on the right side of the track. There will be no support vehicles from teams or the organizer.
5. Start, Finish, and Racecourse
The start and finish are located on the main straight of the motor racing circuit. The lap length is 4.5 km. The track width is 12–15 meters, with a maximum gradient of 7.6 %.
There is no other traffic on the circuit.
6. Race Progress
The race begins at the starter's signal. There is no master start.
The elapsed race time will be visible on the display at the finish area. When two hours have been completed by the race leader, a bell will be rung for the final lap. Once the race leader has finished, all participants will follow suit.
7. Intermediate Sprints
There are no intermediate sprints during the race.
8. Race Numbers
Two race numbers are to be attached: one to the lower back and one to the left side (for the finish camera). Additionally, a frame number is to be attached to the bicycle.
Poorly attached numbers may result in the participant not being ranked in the results. Numbers do not need to be returned.
9. Race Office
The race office is located at the finish area and will be open on the race day starting at 9:00 am.
10. Dressing and Shower Facilities
At the race center.
11. First Aid
First aid is provided by the Iitti branch of the Finnish Red Cross. Contact: +358 400 151 889. The first aid station is located near the finish area.

Ratamokeskus, Ruskeasuonkatu 3, Kouvola.
Päijät-Häme Central Hospital, Keskussairaalankatu 7, Lahti.
12. Prizes and Award Ceremony
The award ceremony will take place at the finish area immediately after the race ends.
The top three participants in the race will be awarded as follows:
- 1st place: €100
- 2nd place: €70
- 3rd place: €50
Additionally, prizes will be given to the best female participant (€70) and the best young participant (U17, U15) (€50).
Prizes may consist of cash and/or goods.

Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage. The organizer has liability insurance. The organizer has not insured participants.
