Competition Guide, Elite
Organizer: KymiRing Triple organization (TWD-Länken, Finlandia-hiihto, and Jasun Talli). TWD-Länken is responsible for the cycling event.
1. General Rules
The competition will follow UCI and FC regulations.
The race is held as a line race where the winner is determined by the final lap finish order.
Competitors lapped during the race will be withdrawn. However, the main group defined as lapped by the commissaire will not be removed from the competition. Lapped competitors will still be given a placement.
2. Location
Competition Venue:
KymiRing Circuit, Kymentie 748, 47400 Kausala (along road 12).
3. Categories, Distances, and Registration
- Elite: 112.5 km (25 x 4.5 km) M-Elite, MU23, MU19, M35, M40.
- Start Time: 14:00
- Participants must hold a valid competitor license from Finnish Cycling or another UCI-affiliated member federation.

4. Number of Riders per Team
There is no limit to the number of riders per team.
5. Food Service
Food service is allowed at the designated fixed food service area located at the beginning of the back straight on the right-hand side of the track during laps 7–20.
6. Technical Assistance
Technical assistance is available at the finish line area and the back straight's designated area on the right-hand side of the track. Neutral laps are not permitted. The competition does not have team or organizer service vehicles.
7. Start, Finish, and Race Route
The start and finish are located on the motor racing circuit's starting/finishing straight.
Lap length: 4.5 km.
Track width: 12–15 meters.
Maximum climb: 7.6%.
No other traffic on the circuit.
8. Race Progression
The race begins at the starting signal. No master start.
Remaining laps are displayed on the lap board located at the finish line.
If a competitor is lapped, they must cease competing and proceed to the finish area without disturbing others, then exit the circuit. Lapped competitors will be given a placement.
9. Intermediate Sprints
There will be no intermediate sprints during the competition.
10. Race Numbers
- Attached: Two numbers are attached to the back at the waistline and to the left side (for finish camera).
- Additionally, a frame number must be attached to the bike.
- Poorly attached numbers may prevent competitor placement in the results list.
- Numbers do not need to be returned.
11. Competition Office
The competition office is located at the finish area and is open on the race day starting at 09:00. Race numbers are distributed per club at the competition office.
12. Dressing and Washing Facilities
Available at the competition center.
13. First Aid
First aid provided by the Finnish Red Cross, Iitti Unit EA team, tel. +358 400 151 889.
The first aid station is located near the finish area.
Closest hospitals:
- Ratamokeskus, Ruskeasuonkatu 3, Kouvola
- Päijät-Häme Central Hospital, Keskussairaalankatu 7, Lahti
14. Awards and Prize Distribution
Prize distribution will take place at the finish area immediately after the race ends.
The top three competitors will be awarded as follows:
- 1st place: €150
- 2nd place: €100
- 3rd place: €50
Additionally, the best U19 competitor will receive €50.
Awards may be monetary and/or material prizes.
15. Team Leader Meeting
Team leader meeting at 13:00 in the finish area.

18. Insurance
Competitors are responsible for their own insurance coverage. The organizer has liability insurance. The organizer does not insure competitors.
